Director of Sales
Read Bio
Morgan Bailey is the Director of Sales at The Blake at Flowood. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Kinesiology, where she took many classes on aging and its effects on the body. Upon graduation, she started working with a caregiver company doing their sales and marketing and quickly realized how vital it was to be part of a community where she can really get to know the individuals that she is serving.
Her favorite part of working with seniors is getting to know each individual’s background and life story. “Each person is the main character in their own life story and it is so important to recognize each person as their own person and not just a side character in your own life,” she says. “Every individual in our building has experienced their own life and I love getting to spend time with them recounting those experiences.”
Her favorite part of working at The Blake is walking into a beautiful community every day and feeling surrounded by love as soon as she walks in. When she isn’t working, she enjoys working out and spending time with my friends and family.

Read Bio
John Springer is the Director of Facilities Maintenance at The Blake at Flowood. He grew up in the Canton/Flora area, but has resided in the Pisgah community for the past 12 years. He has received his Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Maintenance from Holmes Community College, and has worked in the Maintenance field since 2016. In 2019, he began his career as a Maintenance Manager within a Long-Term Care Facility. After working there for almost 4 years, he knew then how much joy it brought him to work with the Seniors in the Community. In 2022, he moved into a position as an Environmental Service Director for Senior Living Community that was being built, but that building was never completed. That brought him to The Blake in September 2023.
John finds joy in meeting every one of the seniors and their families at our facility. "The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life every day is a blessing to me," he says. "I know that the transition sometimes may be difficult for them, so I always smile and speak positive words to them daily. I strive to make sure them are comfortable and have everything needed to make this their home." His favorite part of working at The Blake is being able to make a difference.
When he isn't working, he spends time with my family, attends church, and goes fishing. He and his wife, Megan, have been married since 2012, and they have 4 beautiful children, so days are always busy.
