Meet Our Team

Elyse is the Business Operations Director. She is originally from New York. She has lived in Northeast Florida for 35 years. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Jacksonville University.

Elyse has been working in senior living for 11 years as well as has worked in construction. She believes Senior Living is her calling. Her favorite part about Senior Living is getting to know the residents and learning their stories. She finds the connections she makes with the residents enriches and brings joy to her life each day.

When she is not working, Elyse enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying mom and pop restaurants and shopping. Elyse volunteers for multiple organizations and is active in her church. She has three dogs.

Allison serves as the Assistant Director of Sales at The Blake, bringing a wealth of experience from Saint Johns, FL. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida, she has dedicated 10 years to the customer service industry. This background has instilled a deep commitment to helping others, which is reflected in their work at The Blake.  

Working with seniors holds a special place in Allison's heart, as it reminds them of the close relationship they had with their grandpa. Having experienced firsthand the compassionate care provided to their grandpa in an assisted living home, she is passionate about delivering the same level of care and comfort to the residents at The Blake. The joy of helping people find a place where they feel comfortable and happy is one of the most rewarding aspects of their job. Additionally, the supportive and dynamic team at The Blake makes it a wonderful place to work.  

Outside of work, Allison enjoys offshore fishing, going to the beach, and traveling. They also cherish spending time with family, understanding the importance of ensuring loved ones are comfortable and happy. This personal connection to family and caregiving drives their dedication to their role at The Blake, striving to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents they serve.  

Robin was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She moved to Jacksonville, Florida in June, 2002 after her husband accepted a promotion. It is still a toss up as to whether she enjoys the snow or the beach. Robin has a degree in business  and  25 years experience working in senior living. Over the years she has served various roles such as Business Office Director, Memory Care Director, Medical Records Director , Activity Director and Educator Coordinator.

She has worked in assisted living, skilled nursing, independent living and memory care and experience in the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. Robin has a great love of serving people daily and the senior population. Her great grandma "Pearl" has always been one of the most special people in her life, the senior population and environment proved to be the place Robin could really make a difference for many residents, families and visitors. Robin places a huge focus on relationships, connection and creativity in the workplace. Robin's goal is to elevate the resident experience through programming adventures through compassion, innovative ideas, collaboration and teamwork.

In her spare time, Robin enjoys time with family making memories,  traveling new adventures with their two labs and watching football. She is known to shout (Go Ravens). Robin and her husband Ronald have three daughters and one son.  Also, three amazing grandchildren McKenzie, Jacob and Michael.
